Discovery through Grief is dedicated to the memory of my son, Jonathan Sacks, who at 39 years old,  took his life during the Covid epidemic on December 28, 2020. Because moving through the stages of grief is a unique experience, what you will find here is a special emphasis on the creation of a new life for us, the survivors, of the death of a loved one; of a divorce or the end of a relationship; the loss of a dream job; or the death of a beloved pet.  If you are ready to begin your journey; if the spark of light that shines within all of us is calling, listen and get ready to take the first small step.
